Sega Saturn Mod Chip Install (V3 Universal) Tutorial

Just finished a video tutorial on how to install a V3 Universal mod chip on a 64-pin Sega Saturn.

Tools needed:
Kapton Tape
#2 Japanese screwdriver (optimally)
Soldering Iron & Solder
22 ga. wire (stranded or solid). In hindsight, it’s better if you go with solid so you don’t have to tin the power supply side of the wire.

With the mod chip installed, obviously, you can play backups of your copies of Saturn games. With the resale value of any Saturn paraphernalia, this mod comes highly recommended. The mod is also 100% reversible, and will not leave any traces that the internals were ever messed with- well, except for removing the original cd-board ribbon tape.
